Two trials of six indictees who are charged with genocide committed in Srebrenica in July 1995 are due to continue before the War Crimes Chamber of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina next week.

Momir Pelemis and Slavko Peric, former members of the First Battalion Command with the Zvornik Brigade of the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, who are charged with participation in the murder of about 1,200 men at Branjevo military farm in Zvornik municipality on July 15 and 16, 1995, are due to appear before the State Court on Wednesday, June 23.

On Monday, June 21 and Thursday, June 24 this year the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina is due to continue presenting evidence at the trial of Dusko Jevic, Mendeljev Djuric, Goran Markovic and Nedjo Ikonic, former members of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska, MUP RS, who are charged with genocide committed in Srebrenica.

New State Prosecution witnesses will testify about crimes committed in the Bosanska Krajina region, which are charged upon Mehura Selimovic, Adil Ruznc and Emir Mustafic. The trial of the three former members of the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina is scheduled to continue on Wednesday, June 23.
