Posted on August 13, 2010 by Bosnjaci.Net

A pre-trial status conference is scheduled next week before the War Crimes Chamber of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the case of indictees charged with crimes committed in Drvar.

Less than a month after they pleaded not guilty, the status conference in the case of Ratko Dronjak and Dragan Rodic is scheduled for August 19.

Dronjak, a former manager of detention centres and detention camps, and Rodic, a former guard, are charged with participation in setting up and maintaining a punishment and abuse system in the Slavko Rodic school building and the Kamenica detention camp in Drvar from 1992 to 1995.

A plea hearing in the case of Franc Kos, Stanko Kojic, Vlastimir Golijan and Zoran Goronja, former members of the Tenth Reconnaissance Squad with the Republika Srpska Army, VRS, who are charged with genocide committed in Srebrenica, is scheduled for August 16.

On the same day, a custody extension hearing is due to take place in the case of Milan Peric and Slavko Lalovic who are charged with participation in the capture and abuse of Bosniak civilians in Kalinovik during 1992.

Peric, a former policeman with the Public Safety Station in Kalinovik, and Lalovic, a former guard at the Miladin Radojevic school buildings where civilians were detained, have been held in custody since May.

On Monday and Tuesday, the State Prosecution will continue presenting evidence at the trial of Zoran Babic, Milorad Radakovic, Milorad Skrbic, Dusan Jankovic and Zeljko Stojnic, former members of the Public Safety Station in Prijedor, who are charged with the murder of about 200 civilians at Koricanske stijene on August 21, 1992.

On August 16 and 18, the State Prosecution is due to continue presenting evidence at the trial of Mehura Selimovic, Adil Ruznic and Emir Mustafic, former members of the Fifth Corps with the Army of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who are charged with crimes against Serbian civilians and soldiers detained in Bihac, Cazin and Bosanski Petrovac.

The defence will continue presenting evidence at the trial for crimes committed against the non-Serbian population in Bosanska Krupa on August 17 and August 18. Gojko Klickovic, Mladen Drljaca and Jovan Ostojic are charged with forcible resettlement, murder, torture and other crimes committed in the area during 1992.
