PRIJEDOR, May 14 (FENA) – High Representative and EU Special Representative to BiH Miroslav Lajcak stated on Tuesday that Prijedor symbolizes the past and difficult war memories, but also return. He added that the town is a proof that a normal policy working in the interest of citizens can easily change many things.
He again stated that signing of SAA should take place in June and that he sees no obstacles that could postpone signing of SAA.
Lajcak stated that the aim of his visit to Prijedor is discussion on BiH development and its future.
During his visit to Prijedor, High Representative will participate in a public debate on European perspective of BiH.
Lajcak met with Mayor of Prijedor Municipality Marko Pavic and with Speaker of Prijedor Assembly Azra Pasalic. He visited the “Sconto-Prom†Furniture Factory.
