Together with local archivists all-Bosnian and Herzegovinian recognitions were awarded to foreign citizens for their personal dedication to development of friendly relations between our nations and development of good relationships with the Archives of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. These recognitions will be awarded on June 14, 2016
The most important archivist recognition â€œPlaque King Tvrtko I KotromaniÄ‡â€ established and awarded from this year by the Archive of the Federation as all- Bosnian and Herzegovinian recognition was awarded to prof. dr. Adamir JerkoviÄ‡ for international presentation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, complete archivist contribution and stabilization of the Archives of the Federation in the past years. This announcement was made today by the Committee for Awarding Archive Recognitions of the Archives of the Federation, who made this decision unanimously.
Bosnian and Herzegovinian recognition â€œBosnian Tombstoneâ€ was awarded to the distinguished archivist dr. Andre Rodinis from the Archives of Bosnia and Herzegovina and barrister Zoran MaÄkiÄ‡ from Archives of the Republika Srspka for contribution to development of Bosnian and Herzegovinian archive sciences and their dedication to work.
The Committee has also announced that Bosnia-Herzegovina recognition â€œBosnian Tombstoneâ€ was given to two foreign citizens: Head of Archivists of Lithuania Prof. Dr. Ramojus Kraujelis and to secretary of Turkish municipality Yalova, Mr. Hasanu Soyguzel for their personal engagement in development of friendship with Lithuanian and Turkish people and for contribution to development of international relations, archive sciences and affirmation of the Archives of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the world.
The written commendation in a form of certificate was awarded by the Committee to archivist professor Admir HadroviÄ‡, employed in the Archives of the Federation and journalist of â€œOsloboÄ‘enjeâ€ Nisad SelimoviÄ‡ and Morning Program of TV Sarajevo.
The recognitions shall be officially awarded to the nominees in the National Museum for the opening of the exhibition of the National Archives of Lithuania, with whom the Archives of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina have long archive cooperation.
