SARAJEVO, August 18 (FENA) – When it comes to national proportionality, BiH Foreign Ministry can be proud of overall personnel structure since it is reflects demographic structure of BiH from 1991 census.
â€Out of total number of employees in the ministry seat and diplomatic and consular network there are 46.7% of Bosniaks, 32.8% of Serbs, 19.5% of Croats and 0.7% of othersâ€, stated for FENA advisor in the Alkalaj’s cabinet, Zlatan Burzic regarding the proportionality of peoples in this BiH ministry
Foreign Ministry of BiH, as Burzic added can also be proud of balanced employee structure when it comes to seven top positions of the ministry. In top seven positions there are 14.3% of others, 28.6% of Croats, 28.6% of Bosniaks and 28.6% of Serbs.
“This is an ideal model and it is very hard to realize in practice. That is why the ministry is ahead of any other ministry in CoM. The minister comes from “other peopleâ€, deputy minister and assistant from Serb people, secretary and one assistant from Bosniak while two assistants come from Croat peopleâ€, stated Burzic and added that complaints on national proportionality in this ministry do not stand and are not based on facts.
